Today is one of the more famous days in our nation’s history. It was on this day the event, which caused us to enter into one of the bloodiest wars of all time, took place. Today’s FamSite looks at a site that remembers the events of the “date which will live in infamy”.
Called December 7th, 1941, this site looks at pictures and maps of Pearl Harbor, the US naval base in the Hawaiian Islands. Here are some familiar pictures that we have all grown up with, as well as some answers to questions that were raised after that day.
